Luxury condos unveiled at Lake Marion development

ORANGEBURG -- A 60-acre luxury waterfront community on Lake Marion has been unveiled, offering condominium villas ranging in price from $300,000 to $525,000.

North Shore at Lake Marion will be a gated community featuring waterfront condominium villas with two, three or four bedrooms and two to four baths, ranging from 1,500 to 2,350 in total square footage. The villas feature nine-foot ceilings; stainless steel kitchen appliances; designer tile in the foyer and kitchen areas; hardwood flooring in the living and dining areas; cable and high-speed Internet; and private waterfront balconies. In addition, all condominium buildings have added sound insulation and elevators. Its location on Lake Marion will give residents access to boating, fishing, nature preserves and golf.

In the future, North Shore at Lake Marion will offer 42 elegant townhomes and a limited number of 34 single-family home sites. Completion of North Shore at Lake Marion is currently scheduled for spring 2010.
